If the screen is black or the watch is completely unresponsive, you may need to force a restart before you can perform a full reset. Locate the on the side of the watch. Press and hold the button for 10 to 15 seconds . Release the button once the Mibro logo appears.

Use this if the watch is paired with a phone via the Mibro Kids application and has an active SIM card. Open the on the paired parent phone.

To hard reset your watch, you can use a dial code directly on the watch or send a remote command via SMS from a paired phone. These methods will restore the device to its factory settings and erase all stored data. Method 1: Using the Watch Dial Pad

Tap on Reset . The watch will ask for confirmation. Tap the checkmark or "Yes."

Once the watch restarts, you aren't quite finished. The watch is now "empty."
