: To revert to a truly neutral firmware state without Claro’s tweaks, disconnect the fiber, hold the reset button for 25 seconds (not 10, not 30), then power cycle. The router will boot into a "factory-sanitary" mode with all Claro profiles erased—but you will have to manually configure VLAN 300 for internet. This is not documented anywhere officially.
