The story takes a personal turn when Nomad discovers that his long-lost brother, "Victor," who was thought to have been killed in action, is actually alive and working for the Tranzit Consortium. Victor, now code-named "KGB: The Scorpion," has become disillusioned with the Consortium's goals and becomes a double agent, working to undermine the organization from within.
