To use a USB drive, follow these steps:

Open cheatengine.lpi in Lazarus and click Run > Build to generate your own cheatengine-x86_64.exe . Important Notes on Non-Admin Use

Drag and drop the Cheat Engine installer onto the innoextract.exe file. It will unpack all necessary application files into a local folder.
