Disney+ hosts the 4K version of Toy Story 1 . In the settings menu, you can select "English [CC]" (Closed Captioning). Ensure your internet speed is high enough to stream in 4K or 1080p "High" quality. This is technically the easiest source for "extra quality" with subtitles.
