Restart the server. During POST, press F9 for System Utilities. Navigate to: System Information -> Storage -> Physical Drives Here you will see each physical drive’s model and serial number without loading the controller’s RAID management software.
Testing physical SATA/NVMe drives without any RAID layer.
If you are seeing a message that a drive "needs a download" or cannot be found during a Windows 10/11 installation, it is often due to missing drivers.
