There is no reliable, safe, or legal "portable Corel Draw 2020 install." The few sites claiming to offer it are either distributing malware or broken repacks that will corrupt your files. If you cannot install CorelDRAW normally, use Inkscape Portable or invest in a Windows To Go SSD with a genuine license.
After closing, run the included Cleanup.bat (if provided) to remove registry keys from the host machine. Many repacks skip this, leaving behind traces.
